Will the transparent background be saved when exporting an image?

If the plot has been assigned a transparent background, this can be maintained if you copy the plot to the Clipboard or export it in a PNG (v5), TIFF (v5), or Metafile format. However if you save it in one of the other formats, the transparent background will be lost.
