  • You are responsible for making a backup copy of the installer. For your convenience, the Extended Download Service is automatically added to the cart. How can I receive a quote?

If ordering directly from Synergy Software, please complete our quote request form.

For online orders or to get a quote that includes the extended download service, go through the process of adding the item to the cart and click the Generate a Quote link. This type of quote would need to be competed online.

Can I make a tax exempt purchase?

Online orders: The Extended Download Service allows you to download your purchase again for up to one year, in the event your computer crashes or is replaced, or the downloaded file becomes damaged or lost. This service is only available for online orders and needs to be purchased at the same time as the original product. If you did not get it at that time and need to download the software again, you can call Synergy Software at 610-779-0522 and order a replacement download.

What payment methods can I use?

Online orders: The online store accepts a variety of major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and wire transfer. The servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your credit card information will be kept safe and secure.

Orders through our sales office: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as check cards and ATM cards if they are issued by one of these major credit card companies. We also accept purchase orders, checks, and money orders. Wire transfers are accepted but require payment of an additional fee.

Why is my credit card being rejected?

There are many possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:

  • The zip code that was entered does not match the billing zip code of the card.
  • The card is expired.
  • You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
  • You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
  • A computer at either end of the transaction is having technical problems.

Online orders: If you have problems submitting your credit card payment, contact FastSpring for help. Include any error messages you received. You can also try ordering directly from Synergy Software as we use a different company for processing credit cards.

Orders through our sales office: If we have problems submitting your credit card payment we will contact you for verification.

Does my billing zip code have to match the zip code on file with my credit card?

Yes. For credit card verification your billing zip code must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Can I order without a credit card?

If not, it would be in the default “Save As” location specified by your browser, or the location you selected in the “Save As” window that appeared when the download began. If you know the name of the download file, you can search for the file on your computer.

How can I re-download software that I have already purchased?

Online Orders: The serial number and authorization code will be located in the Order Confirmation email that was sent to you when you submitted the order. If you do not have your Order Confirmation email, you can reach out to Synergy Software for help locating your information.

Orders through our sales office: The serial number and authorization code will be in your email message from Synergy Software.

What if my serial number or authorization code is not working?

Make sure you have the correct serial number or authorization code. If you ordered your product online, you can get your serial number or authorization code from the Order Confirmation email that was sent when the order was submitted.

  • For upgrades, use your current serial number.
  • Do not use the order number or customer number for the serial number.
  • If the authorization code contains 0, it is a zero, not the letter O.

I ordered the software for the wrong platform. How can I switch it?

Contact our order department at orders@synergy.com and request to have the platform switched. A new serial number will be issued and the old one will be made invalid.

Note: If you changed computers and it uses a different platform than what you purchased, you need to order a crossgrade to get the software for the new platform.
