You are responsible for making a backup copy of the installer. For your convenience, Download Protection and a backup CD are automatically added to the cart. You can remove them, but they cannot be ordered separately at a later date. If you don’t get either of these with the initial order and need to reinstall the software, there will be a $15 fee to get a replacement download from Synergy Software.

If you are tax exempt, tax may be charged on the order but you can send a copy of your tax exempt form to ordersupport@mycommerce.com and have the tax credited. To avoid tax completely, you can place the order directly with Synergy Software.

Serial numbers do not contain any letters. If you don’t know your serial number, email support@synergy.com with your name, company, and any relevant information to try and locate your registration.

When submitting this form, the appropriate upgrade will be added to the cart based on the serial number provided. Please verify the platform for the item in the cart before completing the order. You can email support@synergy.com for help locating your correct serial number for the desired platform. Only one upgrade can be ordered for each serial number.
