Where do I download my electronic order?

Orders after Jan. 26, 2025:

Click the Download button in your order confirmation. The download is available for 7 days after the order date. After 7 days, you can only download it again if you purchased the extended download service. If you did not get the extended download, you can order a replacement download from Synergy Software.

Orders before Jan. 25, 2025:

Visit the MyCommerce Customer Care Center and click My Account.

The download is available for 30 days after the order date. After 30 days, you can only download it again if you purchased the download protection. If you did not get the download protection, you can order a replacement download from Synergy Software.
