Where do I download my electronic order?

Orders after Jan. 26, 2025:

Click the Download button in your order confirmation. The download is available for 7 days after the order date. After 7 days, you can only download it again if you purchased the extended download service. If you did not get the extended download, you can order a replacement download from Synergy Software.

Orders before Jan. 25, 2025:

Reach out to support@synergy.com for help with downloading the software.
