When I export my plot into another program and resize it, I have problems with the subscripts and superscripts. Why?

Export the plot from KaleidaGraph at the desired size so that KaleidaGraph performs the resizing and not the destination application. Either use the Set Plot Size command to change the size or use the Fix Size option when exporting.
