What are the differences between the Mac and Windows version?
While most of the features are the same between the two platforms, there are a few differences:
The Windows version supports DDE and OLE for sharing data and plots with other applications. The Mac version does not have support for anything similar.
The Windows version supports the Metafile format for saving graphics.
The Windows version supports a smaller range of fill patterns. The Mac fill patterns are available in the Windows version through an option in the Preferences dialog, but they may not print correctly.
The maximum resolution of exported images is 800 dpi for the Windows version and 1400 dpi for the Mac version.
The Mac version supports AppleScript. The Windows version does not have anything that allows it to be scripted from an outside source.
