What are the differences between the Mac and Windows version?

While most of the features are the same between the two platforms, there are a few differences:

  • The Windows version supports OLE for sharing plots with other applications. The Mac version does not have support for anything similar because Apple has not created OLE on the Mac and Microsoft won’t share the necessary details of using OLE on the Mac with other software companies.
  • The Windows version supports the Enhanced Metafile and Metafile formats for saving graphics.
