The Scale setting is not being honored in Page Setup.

The Scale setting in Page Setup is not supported by the underlying Qt toolkit in v5.0. There is no timeframe available for when support for this could be added to the toolkit. The current workaround would be to export the data, plot, or layout and scale it elsewhere when printing.
