I ordered the software for the wrong platform. How can I switch it?

If the online order includes the extended download and/or the backup CD, you need to email ordersupport@mycommerce.com and ask them to cancel the original order. You can then place a new order for the correct item.

If you only ordered the software (without the extended download or backup CD), you can either use the same procedure as above or you could reach out to our order department at orders@synergy.com to have the platform switched.
