I am running into problems trying to install an update/upgrade.
Make sure you exit out of KaleidaGraph before running the updater.
If the updater is taking a long time to run, disconnect any external or network drives and try running it again.
Mac updater/upgrades – Make sure the Applications folder is specified as the destination. You will get an error if you try to install at the root level of the hard drive.
Version 4.5 upgrade for Mac – If you are upgrading from v4.1.x, you need to click No when the updater asks if you are updating v4.0 and Yes when asked if you want to upgrade v4.1 or re-install v.4.5.
Version 4.1.3 updater for Mac – If you are updating v4.1.x, you need to click No when the updater asks if you are updating v4.0 and Yes when asked if you want to re-install v.4.1.3.
Launch your current copy of KaleidaGraph and verify that you don’t already have the version you are trying to update to. The version number appears on the splash screen as well as in the About KaleidaGraph dialog.
Reinstall you current copy of KaleidaGraph, personalize it, and try running the updater again.
The KaleidaGraph for Windows updater expects to find a file called KGraph.exe. If you rename the KaleidaGraph executable, the updater will fail.
