How do I change the limits for the X axis in a Histogram plot when specifying the number of bins?

Use the Axis Options command to edit the X axis limits. The dialog will contain fields for adding or subtracting bins from the min and max side of the Histogram. Enter a positive number to expand the axis range; enter a negative value to remove bins.
