Can I assign different colors for the interior and outline of a single marker?

As of v4.5, it is possible to assign different colors for the marker frame and fill. In Variable Settings, the Line Color pop-up menu controls the color of the marker frame. If the marker has a black interior, the Fill Color pop-up menu can be used to assign a different color for the black region of the marker.
