How will I receive access to the demo?

After submitting the form, an email will be sent to you containing download links for the free trial. If you don’t see the follow-up email, you may have had a typo in your email address or it may have been filtered by your mail program.

Is is possible to convert the demo into a full version?

No. It is not possible to turn the demo version into a full version.

When will the demo version time out?

The KaleidaGraph demo allows you to try out the features within the program for 30 days. If you use the demo for a class, your professor should contact us for information on including a link in their syllabus to purchase the one year student version. The demo will not be extended when used for this purpose.

How can I extend the demo for a longer period of time?

If you need more time to test out the demo to make a purchasing decision, you can request an extension by sending an email to support@synergy.com. It will not be extended for classroom use.

What are the differences between the demo and the full version?

The only difference is that a “Demo Copy” banner is placed on any printed or exported plots.

How do I get started with the demo?

The installer for the demo should have been saved to your Downloads folder or wherever you directed the browser to save the file. After you have run the installer, you can use the Quick Start Guide that was installed to take a quick tour of the program. The Help menu contains links to the full Help file, the tutorial, and a PDF version of the manual.
