  • It could be a quarantine issue because the file was downloaded.
  • Copy the original .dmg file to the hard drive.
  • Eject any KaleidaGraph disk images listed under the Devices portion of the Finder window.
  • Open the .dmg file that was copied to the hard drive.
  • If you still have problems, copy the actual installer to the hard drive and run it from there.
