In v4.1 and earlier, all of these formats are 72 dpi images (when the scaling is set to 100%). The resolution of these images can be increased by setting the Scale by field to 400%. Once the image is imported into another program, it needs to be reduced by 25%. This process of scaling it up and then down builds resolution into the image and can get you closer to 300 dpi.
In v4.5, all of these images can be exported with a maximum resolution of 1400 dpi (Mac) and 800 dpi (Windows).
