Just using this equation would not work because the fit would not look at each of the values in c2. You need to replace c2 with table(m0, c0, c2). To use the table command, the X column must be sorted and there cannot be any duplicate values. The resulting definition would be: m1*m0^(table(m0,c0,c2)).
